Residents

Around 30 people live at Kinzigstraße 9 in various living arrangements – from single apartments to shared flats to families. What connects us is the conviction that housing can be more than four walls and a rent payment.

Diversity

Our residents come from different countries and backgrounds. Some have lived here since the founding, others moved in recently. This diversity makes our communal life vibrant.

Engagement

Many residents are active beyond the house – in the neighborhood, in political initiatives, or in cultural projects. The house is not just a place to live, but also a starting point for social engagement.
